Nursery Staff

Christy Scott -- Nursery Coordinator

Christy Scott was born and raised in Greeley Colorado.  In 2006 she moved to Longmont with her husband Nate.  They are the proud parents of their daughter Abby born in April 2009.  In that same year Christy and Nate continued their journey into faith joining FUMC. Christy also joined Agape Mom’s Group.   In addition to running the Nursery, Christy coordinates the Agape Mom’s Group.

 Christy loves being a mom and enjoys being around children.  She has several years experience with children, is CPR certified and has safe sanctuary training.  Her goal for our nursery is to make it a great resource for the church and a fun and safe place for our children. 

Prior to becoming the nursery director at FUMC Christy worked as Certified Nursing Assistant and was a travel agent for 10 years.  She will be continuing her education in early childhood development at Front Range Community College.
